Garage roofs, sheds and outbuildings

For an installed asbestos-cement roof, choose roof removal if the agreed walls and frame are staying. Choose full garage removal if the agreed whole structure needs dismantling. Removal and steel roof replacement is a separate service.

A standard single garage roof up to 15m² costs £1,074 including VAT for removal only, subject to suitable condition and access. Smaller shed roofs are quoted individually and cost less. Compare the current price guides and inclusions.

Other materials and collection

We also assess Artex ceilings and walls, asbestos floor tiles and other suitable non-licensed work. If the material has already been removed, request asbestos collection and disposal.

How is the price calculated?

Do you provide asbestos testing or sampling?

No. We provide removal and disposal, not asbestos surveys, sampling or laboratory testing. If the material has not been identified, arrange appropriate testing before it is disturbed.

What paperwork is supplied?

Your written quote will state the waste paperwork supplied for the agreed job. The material is transported for authorised disposal, and the record should be retained with your property documents.
