There is no one-size-fits-all price. Send photos of each room and area, with the postcode and access details, so we can assess the whole property.
Lofts, garages, sheds, gardens and other additional areas are included only when shown and agreed. Hazardous or specialist waste, fitted-item removal, cleaning, repairs and redecoration are excluded unless quoted separately.
A small flat with straightforward access requires different labour, transport and disposal from a house containing a loft, garage, appliances and full outbuildings. The amount and type of contents, property layout, additional areas and access all affect the work required.
We assess the whole scope before booking instead of giving an unreliable per-room or per-van estimate. Your written price is then fixed for the contents and access agreed.
