I live within the Birmingham clear air zone, will this cause issues?
For us, this is no issue at all. We will check beforehand and ensure we are aware of the clean air zone. This will not make you incur any extra costs, as we understand this is not an issue on your behalf and it cannot be avoided.
I need my rubbish collected ASAP, how soon can you come?
We cover Birmingham on a Tuesday and Thursday each week. We will try our best to get you the soonest collection date, subject to availability. To speed up the process, please let us know the postcode when you initially enquire for a rubbish removal.
The parking around my property is not very good, how will this effect my collection?
We understand that when entering cities, the parking can become more difficult. We do ask that parking is made available within 20m of the rubbish collection. If this is not possible, please inform us of any parking difficulty before the job goes ahead as we will need to assess.
