Useful answers
Both starting prices below include VAT. Choose removal if the tank is still in the loft; collection is for a tank already removed.
Ground-floor collection: this applies when the tank has already been removed, is correctly wrapped and is ready at ground-floor level.
The confirmed total depends on tank size, condition, access, removal route, postcode and timing. Your written quote confirms the total including VAT, disposal and paperwork. Do not move or wrap the tank yourself for a quote.
Do not break it yourself. Send photos and approximate measurements of the tank, hatch and access route. We’ll assess the practicable removal route and state the agreed method in your quote.
Tell us whether it is empty, in use or connected. Any draining, plumbing isolation or other preparation must be agreed before the appointment; do not assume it is included unless the written quote says so.
No. Appearance and age can help with an initial assessment, but photographs do not confirm asbestos content. We provide removal rather than testing, sampling or surveys.
Your quote states the agreed tank, access and preparation, removal method, transport, authorised disposal, confirmed price, appointment and waste paperwork.
Availability depends on postcode, location, size, condition, access and current capacity. Add your preferred date and urgency to the form and we’ll confirm the earliest suitable appointment.

Hatch size, loft route, stairs, restrictions and any plumbing or emptying requirements.
Agreed method, total price, timing, authorised disposal and paperwork.
The removal route is agreed first. Your quote records preparation, access assumptions and what the team will remove.
