What is included?
Your written quote states the agreed roof-covering removal, registered-carrier transport, authorised disposal, applicable disposal charges and the disposal paperwork stated in your quote. Anything excluded is stated before booking.
What stays after the roof sheets are removed?
The agreed supporting walls and frame stay where the structure allows roof-only work. Your written quote confirms exactly which sheets are removed and what remains. A replacement steel roof is available as a separately quoted removal-and-replacement service.
Do you supply or fit a replacement roof?
Yes. Our own employed team offers asbestos garage roof removal and steel replacement across England. For a 15m² single garage, removal and replacement costs quoted individually for a flat roof or quoted individually for a pitched roof, subject to suitability and agreed scope. Our replacement roof has a 20-year water-ingress guarantee; see the replacement page for coverage and conditions. Removal-only prices on this page do not include replacement.
What can increase the price?
Larger dimensions, damaged sheets, difficult access or a long carrying route, stored contents, and ridge pieces, gutters, downpipes, extra quoted items or structural obstructions can change the price.
