Roof removal leaves the agreed walls and frame in place. Full-garage removal dismantles and clears the agreed roof, walls/panels, frame or sections, so it requires a larger labour and waste scope.
Can photographs confirm that a material contains asbestos?
No. Photographs help define the job route and provisional scope but cannot definitively identify asbestos. Where confirmation is required, use a competent sampling or surveying service and do not disturb the material.
Does the quote include replacement roofing or rebuilding?
Removal-only quotes do not include replacement or rebuilding. We also offer asbestos garage roof removal and steel replacement as a distinct package, with the specification and complete price confirmed before booking. A new garage, structural repairs and other building work are not automatically included.
