How much is standard full-garage removal?
A standard single garage up to 15m² is quoted individually, for either an asbestos-panel garage or a sectional-concrete garage with an asbestos-cement roof. Larger garages, brick or block structures and non-standard access or scope are quoted separately. We confirm the exact work and total before booking.
Is this page for roof removal only?
No. This service is for customers who want the agreed garage structure removed. If the walls and frame are staying, see our Asbestos Roof Removal page.
Does the price include VAT and disposal?
Yes. The starting prices include VAT, transport of the agreed waste, authorised disposal, landfill tax where applicable and the disposal paperwork stated in your quote. Your written quote identifies the exact structure and any additional work.
Will you remove the garage base or foundations?
Only when specifically assessed and included in the written scope. Bases and foundations vary considerably and are not assumed in the starting prices.
Do I need an asbestos survey first?
Send any existing information you already have, but do not disturb the material to identify it yourself. We will review the photographs and explain what can be quoted from the available details and whether anything further is needed before work can be confirmed.
Do you build a replacement garage or roof?
Full-garage removal covers the agreed dismantling, removal and disposal, not a new garage or reinstatement. If you want to keep a suitable garage and replace its roof, our own team also offers asbestos garage roof removal and steel replacement. For a 15m² single garage: flat quoted individually; pitched quoted individually. A 20-year water-ingress guarantee applies to the replacement roof, with coverage and conditions on that service page.
Can you work if the garage is attached to another structure?
Possibly, but attachments change the scope. Show adjoining walls, roofs, sheds, fences and services clearly. We will confirm whether the work is suitable and what must remain or be prepared before booking.
