Useful answers
Before you
get in touch.
How is the price assessed?
We review the length of guttering and downpipes, storey height, corners, fixings, condition and safe access. Send wide photos taken from ground level, your postcode and approximate lengths. We confirm removal, transport, authorised disposal, access arrangements and the total including VAT before booking.
Do you replace guttering or fascias?
No. This is an asbestos removal and disposal service. We do not replace guttering, fascias or downpipes. Any subsequent installation must be arranged separately.
How soon can you attend?
Tell us your preferred date and urgency. Appointments within 1–3 days may be available, subject to your postcode, scope, access and capacity. We agree the date before booking.
Is a soil pipe the same service?
No. This page covers guttering and rainwater downpipes. External soil pipes and soil stacks are a separate service with separate pricing. View external soil-pipe removal.
What photos should I send?
Existing or safe ground-level photos showing each complete run, the ground below and access obstacles are useful. Do not climb, drill, cut or loosen suspected asbestos. Photos cannot confirm the material; include any existing survey information.
What if the guttering is already detached?
Do not break or repackage it. Our asbestos collection service may be the appropriate route.
