No. This service is for full house or flat clearances. We do not collect single items, small part loads, or general rubbish as a standalone service.
Exactly which photos should I send?
Send one or two wide photographs of every room, plus all lofts, garages, sheds, gardens, and storage areas included in the clearance. Add close-ups of heavy items and show stairs, lifts, gates, and parking access.
How is the fixed quote calculated?
The quote reflects the volume and type of contents, labour, property layout, access and parking, location, and disposal requirements. It is fixed for the scope and access agreed from the information you provide.
Do I need to be at the property?
Not always. Once the quote is agreed, access can often be arranged through you, an estate agent, a solicitor, or a key safe. Confirm the arrangement with the booking team.
