Although it is helpful to have someone at the property when our teams arrive, you do not necessarily have to be present. We are happy to complete the clearance in your absence and send over images showing the completed job. As long as we can access the property, we can get the job completed.
I have items of value in the property, will you buy these from me?
Unfortunately, we do not buy items from clearances. We often recommend that you go into the property beforehand and remove/mark any items you wish to keep and sell for yourself. If there are specific items you would like the team to keep an eye out for, let them know before the clearance commences and they will leave these items behind if they are found.
