How soon can our office be cleared?
We aim to complete office clearances within 1-3 working days from the initial enquiry, subject to availability. To confirm when we are next available, we ask that you let us know the postcode during your initial enquiry so we can let you know straight away.
The office is not on the ground floor, does this matter?
Although it will not change our ability to complete the job, it can sometimes make it more difficult. If you can kindly let us know which floor the office is based, and the access to it in terms of stairs or elevators. It is important that we know this before the clearance to ensure we are fully prepared.
Will you send a big enough team to complete the office clearance?
Once we have seen images of the office needing to be cleared, we are then able to assess what size team and how many vans we should dedicate to the job. There will always be a minimum of 2 men on the team to complete the office clearance, with more being sent when required.
