Our prices vary based on volume on weight. We ask for a photo of each room/area to clear to be able to provide a quote clearly showing everything to remove.

Our vans can carry a maximum of 1,000kg and so please bare this in mind. Large quantities of rubble may be more cost effect by using a skip company.

However, if you have access issues, or the type of waste is all mixed, we will be glad to help.

You can email a photo in using the email address: hello@jsremovals.co.uk

Alternative you can text or WhatsApp a photo to: 07803485961.

We aim to clear within 3 working days from request. Depending on demand we can come sooner than this, or a bit after this time, but this is a typical lead time.

We will arrive with a team of men, who will bring the appropriate number of vans also based on the photos sent when quoted.

They will load our vehicles before instructing the job to be invoiced before taking the waste to a commercial waste site to be disposed of correctly.

Your invoice will have all of our details for your records that the waste has been disposed of correctly.

Builders Rubble

Have you just had builders complete some work on your property? Have you been left with a load of building rubble that needs removing after some refurbishment of your home? Rubble is a sad by-product of building work and can be tricky to remove sometimes.  Don’t worry, getting rid of all kinds of builders waste is ‘all in a day’s work’ for the team at JS Removals.

Of course, the biggest problem of disposing of all your left over rubble is actually removing it from your premises and transporting it to a suitable waste disposal depot. Rubble left over from a building project is often heavy as well as dirty and, not many of us use or own, a suitable vehicle in our day to day life, which would help us to get rid of our own rubble more easily.

That’s where we come in, with our two man teams we can respond to your call for help rapidly and remove your bagged up building rubble quickly, easily and with no fuss, leaving you to get on with the finishing touches. After all, who wants to have to deal with the leftover rubbish when there are much more fun jobs needing your attention?

Ways to Reduce the Cost of Rubble Disposal

Getting someone to remove your unwanted rubble can be a costly, although necessary, expense so it makes sense to reduce these costs.

Where you can, try to use as much of the rubble as possible in other areas of your build. For instance making use of reclaimed bricks is all the rage these days and if you’ve removed tiles from a roof these can also be re-used elsewhere as long as they are not damaged. Even good old basic rubble can come in handy in a variety of garden areas and can also be used as a good base for drive ways and paths, as long as the rubble is compressed down sufficiently for the job it’s expected to be doing.

One man’s rubble is another man’s treasure!  Just because you can’t use your waste rubble doesn’t mean someone else won’t be able to.  A quick advert on local groups and someone might be more than happy to take a bag or two off your hands and it won’t cost you a penny.

The biggest problem with left over builders rubble is its weight, as most vehicles, even ours, are weight restricted.  This means that it might take several trips to remove all the waste so using any of the methods above to reduce the amount that needs to be taken away makes sense.

Another option may be to spread the cost of the removal of the rubble by doing it in stages rather than leaving it to build up and have it all removed at the end when it has become a much weightier problem.  This has the added advantage of keeping your working area clear too.

All of the above are great ways to ensure that when you do call the experts, you have made the job as cost effective as possible.
